rel_exp - Predicate Expressions

Syntax
... {operand IS [NOT] INITIAL }
| {ref IS [NOT] BOUND }
| { fs IS [NOT] ASSIGNED }
| {para IS [NOT] SUPPLIED } ... .

Effect
A predicate expression uses the
predicate operator IS to get a
logical value from the state of an operand.

Notes

No operand of the potential predicate expressions is a general expression position . No predicate expression can be applied to a calculation expression .

The predicate expression IS [NOT] REQUESTED is obsolete and was replaced by IS [NOT] SUPPLIED .
