Dependent Data Reference
Data reference to a named data object or to part of any
data object . A part of a data object is either a component , a row of an internal table or a section specified by offset/length . A dependent data reference can only be created with the statement GET REFERENCE or the addition REFERENCE INTO with statements for
internal tables. Copies of a dependent data reference that are created by
assignments between data reference variables or by the statement GET REFERENCE are dependent as well. An independent data reference mcan be invalidated if the data object is deleted. See also
