With the exception of reference variables , two non- generic data types are compatible if all their technical attributes are the same. Any data type is compatible with a generic data type if the generic data type includes its technical attributes. Data objects
are compatible if their data types are compatible. Compatibility is the basis for checking the typing . In the case of an assignment or comparison
of compatible data objects, no conversion takes place.
