Create Add Custom control to screen
Via screen painter insert 'custom control' on to screen and give it the name 'SCREEN_CONTAINER'. This is
the possition the ALVtree will appear so align appropriately. You can also add the field G_NODE_KEY to to the screen
inorder to display the node that the user has clicked on.
