Execute ABAP report
Within workflow wizards section choose other->include executable report. Now enter SAP report details including description, ABBR. and Name. This then creates a new task within your workflow of type report.
Create workflow trigger from message long text button
Execute transaction SWUY to start wizard and enter message class and number. This then creates the workflow and allows you to view it in the workflow builder SWDD. It only creates an empty wf with the correct receiver event needed to trigger this workflow from the message long text button. You can now add the steps you want it to perform after it is triggered.
