Create SAP HR report category
It is possible to change the
selection screen of all programs that use the 'PNP' logical database
(See Example selection screen). Look at program
attributes to see if report uses logical database.
Configure top section
of selection screen (date periods)

Configure lower
section of selection screen (Selection)
To configure the 'selection'
section of the report category click on the 'Allowable selection criteria' tree
node (shown below in yellow).
Now simply populate the
select options column with the relevant fields. The 1st page check box
denotes
whether the field will be automatically displayed on the screen or whether it
is accessible vie the further
selection button.
